Feature:

  • This equipment inspects all laser welds on differential (differential gear) cases by ultrasonic flaw detection.
  • Both manual and automatic transfer types are available.
  • To detect minute defects, either the conventional UT method of multiple circumferential flaw detection or the phased-array method can be selected.
  • The differential case is designed to prevent water from entering, and after inspection, the workpiece is completely drained by high-speed rotation and air blow before it is discharged.
