Feature
- This is a device that performs 100% inspection of the electron beam circumferential welds of aluminum pistons used in swash plate compressors for car air conditioners using ultrasonic flaw detection.
- Cools the workpiece that comes out of the welding machine and inspects it for flaws. When flaw detection is completed, the water is drained by an air blow, and then sent to the palletizer and automatically aligned on the pallet.
