Indexiable Drill
This Indexable drill is a simply replacing the cutting-edge inserts with excellent cutting performance. The insert uses a low-resistance EZ blade shape with a coolant hole, which ensures that the cutting edge is lubricated and improves cutting performance.
Tool consolidation is realized
A single holder can be used to mount inserts in 0.1 increments in the 1 mm range (10 sizes), It achieved tool consolidation. Also, a variety of materials can be machined by selecting the insert grade.
Suitable for side lock holders
A flanged type is also available, which, in combination with a side lock holder, improves the rigidity of the body, suppresses rifle marks, and realizes a beautiful surface.

Can it be used with external refueling?
Yes, but for deep hole or stainless steel, please use internal lubrication.

Yes it is possible with the TEZ-S type insert.
Can Indexable spot facing drill inserts be mounted on TEZD type holders?We do not recommend it because the protrusion from the main body becomes larger and weak in terms of rigidity.
