  The vibration feeder primarily handles powder conveyance, including the precise supply and ejection of powder. A piston feeder, part of vibration conveyance equipment, employs a pneumatic piston vibrator to prompt workpieces to spring up and repeatedly fall, thereby vibrating the trough. This equipment finds its utility in various applications, such as supplying to meters leveraging the instant stop feature of the piston vibrator. It’s particularly useful in inspection lines, where workpieces scatter across the trough’s face instead of following their natural shape, a characteristic absent in traditional belt conveyor transportation. Additionally, it serves as a connector between belt conveyors, capitalizing on its scattering capability. The pneumatic pressure control allows for flexible adjustment of conveyance capability, adapting to on-site requirements.

  The compact feeder, or pneumatic piston feeder, conveys workpieces directly through the pneumatic piston vibrator mounted onto the trough. Crafted with stainless steel in both the trough and vibration section, this product emphasizes sanitation and hygienic use. Operated solely by an air source, it ensures ease of use. EXEN extends support for selecting vibration equipment and specializes in designing custom-made products based on specific trough dimensions (width, length, depth), workpiece characteristics (type, shape, specific gravity), conveyance requirements, workpiece input method, and installation conditions.   Stainless trough and cover of vibration section

  The compact feeder employs the stainless SUS304 for trough, and has workpiece contact face finished in ♯400.
  The piston vibrator storage portion in vibration section is equipped with the stainless cover, which is excellent in dust resistance.

  

  Suitable for transportation of fine powder workpiece

  The piston feeder is suitable for conveyance of fine powder in chemical and food industries or small-scale transportation of small workpiece for general machinery. The image of workpiece transportation is that applying the vibration of piston vibrator to the trough in an oblique direction will transport workpieces by causing them to spring up and repeat falling.

  

  Suitable for transportation in inspection line

  The vibration conveyance has a feature that mountain-shaped workpieces supplied into the trough fall in the trough and then they are scattered across the whole face, which naturally eliminates the overlap of workpieces.
  The compact feeder can be used for inspection work lines to take out a defective product in visual inspection with workpieces conveyed along the line.

  Change of air pressure allows for stepless capability control

  Pneumatic piston vibrator can change the vibration frequency and vibratory force by changing the air pressure.
  Because the conveyance capability can be freely adjusted by controlling the pneumatic pressure, which allows the conveyance amount necessary for on-site lines to be adjusted freely.

  

  Environmentally friendly oil-free design

  Piston vibrator is a product friendly to the worksite environment that equipped with an exhaust filter, which allows for use with instrumentation.
  Furthermore, piston vibrator can be used with the exhaust air emitted outside the factory through the extended hose to prevent the exhaust air from being emitted to the environment.
  Caution) A long period of use of complete dry air will cause a failure.
  Caution) Installing a lubricator and using a small amount of lubricant will enhance the durability.

  Pneumatic type with low and low air consumption

  The pneumatic vibrator has a power source adopting the internal silencer method and makes a constant low noise with an exhaust sound of 65dB.
  It also consumes a small amount of air, which facilitates the maintenance of energy saving and work environment.

  

  Safe explosion-proof specification

  Because the piston vibrator operates on only air source without electricity, it can be used in the explosion-proof specification.
  In addition, having the complete enclosed structure internally which prevent entry of dust, the piston vibrator can be used in a place where dust explosion may take place.
