Precision Torque Management
The Swiss watch industry and precision equipment industries around the world use Lecureux’s electric torque screwdrivers. The most distinctive feature is the torque management in the precision range, which allows torque adjustment from the ultra-precise range of 0.5m・Nm (= 0.0005Nm) to a maximum of 350m・Nm, and the standard screw size is M0.5 (S0.5).
*Smaller sizes can also be made to order.
Highly versatile
The screwdriver body can be selected from several types according to the required specifications (torque and rotation speed), and anyone can easily control it using a small controller.
In addition, the tip head and bit can be easily replaced, allowing multiple types of screw-tightening work to be done with one screwdriver.
The body is very light, weighing about 20 to 200g, and designed based on ergonomics, so workers do not get tired even when using it for a long time. In addition to manual use, it can also be incorporated into automatic equipment by using a dedicated controller board.
