A high-displacement-absorbing rubber joint that protects pipes from uneven settlement due to earthquakes and soft ground, and expansion and contraction due to temperature.
Features
High pressure resistance
The body is reinforced with strong synthetic fibers and steel wires, so it has excellent pressure resistance.
The internal arch structure is effective in absorbing unequal subsidence caused by connecting pipes between buildings with large eccentricity and different foundations . Since the face-to-face dimension is also short, the degree of freedom in design is high.
Long-term durability
The body is covered with a special synthetic rubber that has excellent weather resistance, so it can withstand long-term use.

*Flanges are hot-dip galvanized for ground use and hot-dip galvanized + black epoxy resin paint for underground use as standard.

※1. All 40A and below are solid type arches. Click here for solid type arch (arch filling rubber) .
※2. Displacement over 50A is the value for cavity type arch. For solid type arches, multiply the values in the table above by 0.5 for shrinkage and 0.6 for elongation. (The amount of eccentricity does not change.)
※3. Each displacement amount is the value when each is displaced independently.
※4. The amount of eccentricity for slanted piping differs from the above values, so please contact us each time.

- Please contact us for non-standard specifications (diameter, length, etc.).
- Due to the manufacturing method, the plating on the flange may be discolored or mottled, but this does not affect performance.
