Features
Vision-type centering device
In the feeding process of aluminum sheets, This device can center the sheets without flaws in the feeding process.
Hexa loader
Hexa loader robot developed exclusively for high-speed tandem press line. It can stably feed sheets at the speed of 18 min-1.
Examples
Destack feeder for tandem press line (for both use of iron and aluminum)
By using the vision centering type instead of the conventional mechanical type, the sheets can be feeded without flaws. In addition, By concurrently using a mechanical separator and a magnet separator it can stably separate sheets, both iron sheets and aluminum sheets.
Destack feeder for transfer press (for both use of iron and aluminum)
Pick up and shake down motion by servo destacker can stably separate aluminum sheets. And combination of cup feeder (No.1) and belt feeder (No.2) can stably feed deformed sheets.
