Application

Used to secure workpieces quickly and firmly during milling and machining of long workpieces such as railroad rails.

Features

• The employment of a magnetic pole arrangement providing a wide attractive area enables it to attract and hold workpieces on the whole attractive face.
• You may mount a magnet for side-face attraction to support the securing of workpieces from the sides.
• You can use clamp parts instead of a side-face attraction magnet.

※The set does not include the chuck controller and clamp parts.

※KANETEC chucks perform best when used with a KANETEC chuck controller.

※You must limit turning the permanent electromagnetic chucks on and off to once every several minutes. Frequent on/off operations can cause damage to the chucks due to overheating.
