Our unique design ensures that the internal coil remains functional even when coolant passes inside the chuck.

The cooling hose, connected to the shaft, features a mechanism allowing a wide range of free tilting.

Regardless of the angle of inclination of the work surface, the hose will not get in the way. Also, you can work without worrying about the position of the hose even when working on a tilting scale.

The chuck cools the coil by passing cooling fluid inside it, and the grinding fluid directly cools the upper surface. This process suppresses temperature rise, thereby maintaining the chuck’s accuracy with minimal deviation. The chuck passes cooling fluid inside to cool the coil, and the grinding fluid directly cools the upper surface. This design suppresses temperature rise and therefore minimizes changes in chuck accuracy.
