Application

These units rectify AC power to DC and supply it to electromagnetic Lifma. All electromagnetic Lifmas require a rectifier. Three models are available; KR-P, A, RH-MW. Select them according to your purpose of usage.

RH-MW 《Rectifier with reverse exciting circuit》
(for holding release)

When the power supply is turned OFF, workpieces with flat lifting surfaces or those made from materials that tend to retain residual magnetism may require a reverse current flow to cancel the residual magnetism and achieve complete release.

You can vary the DC voltage within a range of 0 to 180V.
We provide external control input terminals.
We have incorporated an over voltage protection function.

Precaution for use

• The rectifiers KR Series and RH Series do not use electronic PC boards and small relays inside. Therefore, they are not suitable for use, for example, on cranes subject to constant vibrations. You need to provide anti-vibration measures for installation in such places. Limit the external signal input cables to a maximum length of 10 m, using shielded cables.
• We may not be able to answer technical questions for failures resulting from the use of lifting magnets made by other manufacturers. Such use also voids the warranty, even if a failure occurs within the warranty period.
