Model: MZS type, MZF type (MODEL TYPE: MZS, MZF)

This pressure gauge has a structure in which a diaphragm is placed between the fluid to be measured and the Bourdon tube pressure gauge, and the space between the pressure receiver and the Bourdon tube (element) is filled with sealed liquid to transmit pressure. The materials of the connection part and diaphragm can be selected according to the application, making it suitable for measuring corrosive fluids, highly viscous fluids, coagulating fluids, etc. There are two types of installation: screw type (MZS-1 type) and flange type (MZF-1 type, MZF-3 type).

Functions and Features

1. It is suitable for measuring highly viscous and coagulating fluids.
2. Special corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, tantalum, and Teflon can be used for the pressure-receiving diaphragm material.
3. The flange mounting surface of the membrane is completely sealed with liquid packing, and the diaphragm housing has a two-flange structure.
4. If the membrane pressure receiving part needs to be cleaned, it can be cleaned by removing the lower flange, using a three-flange structure with a stop flange fastening.
5. It is possible to manufacture a remote measurement type that connects the pressure receiving part and the indicator with a flexible pipe and measures remotely (up to a distance of 20m).
6. A zero adjustment needle is used as standard, making it easy to correct errors due to temperature and other factors.
7. The indicator case uses a resin frame with a screw-on lid and a drip-proof structure.
