The retractable cylinder is mounted on the boiler in a thermal power station to be used in the automatic operation of pushing and drawing oil burners in and out. Thus, it
is a very important pneumatic unit for burner control.
This type of cylinder includes two types; the inner cylinder type consists of the inner cylinder and the outer cooling chamber and insulator, and the outer cylinder type
in which the cylinder is placed in the outer portion.

Features

The insulator wall and the cooling chamber using clean air are placed in the outer portion to prevent cylinder breakage due to
high temperature when the boiler is heated. (inner cylinder type)
The speed controller attached to the cylinder controls the moving time for pushing and drawing the burner in and out.
A locking mechanism is provided to prevent the burner from moving even when it is left for a long time as pushed in.
An explosion-proof switch is appended to take.
