We received a request from an OA parts manufacturer for rubber roll polishing for the purpose of improving surface roughness.
Ra 1.43 μm before processing, and the required value is Ra 0.6 μm or less.
Using a mirror film of 9 μm, processing was performed for 15 seconds, and the measurement result after processing was Ra 0.395 μm.
