Operation mode
Manual Operation: Offers precise control through dual adjustments—stroke speed (0 to 180 spm) and stroke length (0 to 100%).
Remote Operation: External contact inputs turn the pump on and off remotely.
Pulse Interlocking: Synchronizes pump strokes directly with incoming pulse signals.
Durable & Waterproof Structure
Conforms to IEC standard IP65 for reliable operation in wet environments. An optional outdoor cover provides extra weather protection.
Air Extract Valves
Manual Air Extract Valve: Turning the knob releases trapped air directly from the pump head.
Automatic Air Extract Valve: Automatically purges trapped air from the pump head during operation.
Note: Specific liquid-end designs restrict air valve installation. Please contact us for model compatibility.
High-Viscosity Compatibility (PVT4 Type)
Handles viscous chemicals up to 3,000 mPa·s.
Note: Viscous applications limit total discharge capacity. Please consult our team for exact specifications.

Option
＜Relay output＞
Alarm relay: Outputs a non-voltage contact signal when an abnormality such as a defective pump body or a low liquid level in a chemical tank occurs.
Pacing relay: Outputs a voltage-free contact signal for each stroke, making it possible to use this signal for synchronized operation of another identical pump or for monitoring the operating status.
＜Two-stage level switch＞
A level meter installed in a chemical tank. When the liquid level drops to the alarm position, a contact signal is output to the pump and the pump is stopped.
When an alarm relay is attached to the pump, non-voltage contact output linked to the liquid low warning / alarm is possible.
