Since the Cv value is large, pressure loss is small and piping costs are reduced.
Due to its high maximum operating pressure, it is suitable for large-capacity flow control in cooling water supply systems, factories, and high-rise buildings.
The operating device uses a condenser motor with a brake that has excellent responsiveness, and is designed to be high output, lightweight, and compact.
Manual operation is easy with the unique clutchless mechanism. Also, there is no deviation in electrical positioning due to manual operation.

Installation and operation
The piping for this valve is installed by inserting it between a pair of companion flanges. After lightly setting the valve in the correct position on the pipe, manually open the valve and tighten the flange.
The open/closed status of the valve can be determined by the opening pointer. When the OC terminal is energized, it is fully open, and when the SC terminal is energized, it is fully closed, and each limit switch automatically stops the valve.
Once you have confirmed that it is working correctly, temporarily set the automatic operation state and manually check it again.
Although we have adopted a clutchless mechanism that does not pose any danger even if manual operation is performed during electric operation, please turn off the power as much as possible before performing any operation.
Please avoid installing the product where there is acidic gas or where the ambient temperature exceeds -20 to +60°C.
Maintenance
1.The gear part of the operating device is maintenance-free as it is filled with molybdenum disulfide grease, so there is no need for lubrication.
2. Make sure to securely tighten the motor cover and wire entry port to prevent dust and drip.
3.If the motor does not operate, possible causes include
Broken wire in the motor coil
Poor contact or broken wire in the potentiometer
Power supply voltage is not normal, so check each of these.
Four. If limescale or dirt gets mixed into the fluid, operate it regularly or clean the valve part as necessary.
