Features
Reliable Operation : Flow detection is performed solely by the deflection of a leaf spring, and there are no frictional sliding parts such as bearings, ensuring reliable operation without being affected by limescale or debris.
This proximity switch system employs a combination of a highly sensitive reed switch and a permanent magnet, resulting in responsive operation while also providing appropriate hysteresis characteristics to prevent chattering.
The operational characteristics graph in the setting accuracy test report clearly shows the relationship between the scale and operation, allowing you to accurately set the volume in liters/min by adjusting the scale on the main unit.
Easy adjustment : The adjustment screw allows for easy adjustment of the operating flow rate without any problems, even while the liquid is flowing.
Corrosion-resistant and durable: The large leaf
Easy internal inspection: Equipped with a transparent window that is sufficient for use as a flow site, it has good lighting and makes it easy to check the interior.
Note: When using in hazardous locations, please use the pressure-resistant explosion-proof flow relay SP-RX type (d2G4) or SP-REX type (ExdⅡCT4).

Leaf spring protection stopper
(compatible with SP-R, SP-RN, SP-RD, SP-RX, and SP-REX models)
◎This product is intended for installation in locations where excessive load is placed on the leaf spring, such as when the flow is not rectified or full, or when a straight pipe section cannot be secured before or after the flow relay.
◎It can also be installed on existing flow relays by replacing the internal mechanism with one that has a leaf spring protection stopper.
