Atom Kousan Petalor Conductive type with ground wire (ASE Series)
Made in Japan
Manufacturer: Atom Kousan Co., Ltd
If the worker is electrified and no grounding measures are taken, if a conductive roller is used, although the static electricity is weak, it may flow to the work and adversely affect it. In addition, when special chemicals are used in the work and non-conductive gloves are unavoidably used, it may not be possible to remove the triboelectricity generated by the roller. The Petalor “ASE Series” solves these problems.
Features
- Conductive urethane rubber on the roller, a stainless steel arm, and a grounding circuit inside the grip are provided, and the frictional electricity generated from the roller is completely eliminated by the grounding wire attached to the bottom of the grip. (Effective when you cannot work with conductive gloves or bare hands.)
- Insulating plastic is used for the grip to electrically insulate the operator from the roller.
- Because we do not use adhesive material at all, there is no paste transfer, adhesive residue.
- Because of low elution (residual ion concentration, detection limit tolerance cation: 0.05ppm anion: 0.01ppm or less), you can use it with confidence.
- We do not use silicon for manufacturing process and materials at all. (Silicon-free)
- The collected foreign matter can be transferred to a dedicated transfer sheet and used repeatedly.
- Exchange only for roller is possible.
