A bellows-type rubber joint used where large expansion and contraction is required at low pressure. This product has the least axial reaction force among various rubber joints.
Feature
- Due to the bellows structure, the compressive reaction force in the axial direction is extremely small.
- Unlike general bellows, it is not sewn at all, so it is highly airtight.
The purpose
- Connection of piping with low pressure and large displacement.
- Connection of piping that requires low reaction force such as scales.
Usage
- Connection of vibrating feeders and automatic weighers in powder piping systems
- Blower anti-vibration/sound insulation
- Connection of places that are frequently removed, such as moving hoppers
- Absorption of expansion and contraction caused by the temperature of PVC piping
- Dust cover for cylinder rod

<Remarks/Precautions>
- If the fluid is liquid and the joint is used in an overhead pipe, the weight of the internal fluid may cause the joint to sag.
- If the product is long, it may protrude sideways when pressurized.
- It is not suitable for slurry-like fluids because the inner surface is also uneven and solids may accumulate.
- Use an inner cylinder (sold separately) as necessary when abrasive fluids pass through.
