Circular-type permanent magnetic chucks with a threaded hole to facilitate the mounting of various fixtures join the lineup!

Application

Permanent magnetic chucks to hold and secure workpieces in grinding with a rotary grinder, cylindrical grinder or internal grinder and in cutting with a lathe.

Features

• Two types; standard type and magnetic force adjustable type have joined the lineup.
• The standard type has a threaded hole in the center of the attractive face to facilitate the mounting of a jig or fixture for workpiece alignment.
  *Additional work on the center thread hole is allowed up to M10 for the chuck size φ160 and M12 for φ200 or over. (Additional working on the threaded hole of the φ125 type only is not possible.)
• There is an additional working allowance of 5 mm from the attractive face to allow additional working according to jigs and fixtures.
• The permanent magnetic type requiring no electricity can be mounted easily without the need to consider wiring. Also, it contributes to energy saving.
