We have improved the conventional pellet hardness tester AS2000-C with the aim of making it easier to handle.
By eliminating the 6-unit stocker and vacuum pump and improving sample loading from the suction loading method to the pocket loading method, we have achieved slimmer body and improved maintainability in addition to operability. By measuring the sample size (particle diameter) at the same time as the sample is being crushed during measurement, it is now possible to filter data by particle diameter, and obtain highly accurate measurement data. In addition, the dedicated software displays a scatter diagram of the measurement results (relationship between crushing load and grain size) and a load-displacement curve on the same screen, making it easy to visually grasp the characteristics of the data.
Pellet Hardness Tester AHT-1000
This is a measuring instrument for measuring the hardness of granular samples. The image can be saved by the CCD camera at the same time as the hardness measurement.
Due to its simple mechanism, the processing time per measurement from sample loading to cleaning can be greatly reduced. Simultaneous load measurement and grain size measurement during sample crushing motion. Filters can be set for multiple items, and the data is sorted automatically, making it possible to obtain more accurate measurement results. In addition, you can read the saved measurement data and check the image captured by the CCD camera for each point of any measurement load.
