TF-1161/1261 Mini Thermal Flowmeters with middle to large connections precisely measure mass of gases without being influenced by the change of pressure and/or temperature. They have been added to TF-1000 series and the maximum flow rate has been expanded.

- No compensation required for the changes in the operating pressure and temperature
- Low pressure drop and easy maintenance, by adopting whole quantity passage detection system and a simplified flow conditioner
- Durable sensor supported by old know-how
