The TCS-6000 is a welding interlocking control system that can perform automatic welding with reliable one-rotation detection by adding an interlocking circuit to the rotating jig machine and incorporating limit switches, photo microsensors, encoders, etc. Even if the diameter of the welding work changes, there is no need to change the settings other than the overlap time and overlap amount. (The rotation speed is set on the rotary jig machine.)

Positioners, open chucks, muck turns, pipe rollers, etc. that operate with a foot switch.
